I am not responsible for hatching eggs once they have left my control. I take a great deal of time packaging eggs so that they can arrive to their destination safe and sounds. I double box all 1 dozen orders and 2 dozen orders are cushioned to limit the amount of shifting that could occur. I have no affiliation to any shipping company and unfortunately have no control what happens to packages when they are in route. 

I am unable to guarantee a hatch rate. Although I do test fertility often on every single pen to verify that they are fertile, we each have different methods of hatching, experience, humidity, incubators, and so on. Shipped eggs are 100% a gamble. As a breeder it is almost impossible for me to replace eggs as I do not have a large amount of breeder birds. With risk comes reward and I truly believe that hatching baby chicks is worth the reward. 

PRE-ORDERS allow you to place an order NOW, but for a Future delivery. They will not be shipped at the time of order. You will receive an order number and this will hold your place / order in line. We operate at a first come first serve basis and the orders go out in the order they are received. I will not skip a customer. 

By submitting your payment, you understand and acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions in this agreement. Once you complete your purchase, you agree that this transaction is final. There are NO returns or refunds.
