About the breeds
We take great pride in selecting and caring for our birds. We enjoy keeping and sharing them with you. Below is some information about the breeds we offer.
Ermine Ameraucana
Ameraucana's in general produce beautiful blue eggs that have fluffy beards and muffs. They are typically medium sized, hardy, and docile birds. Ermine specifically, is created with what is often called Dominant White and Black to create that extraordinary "spotted" look.
Black Mottled Silkies
Silkies are some of the funniest little birds. They are know for their fluffy plumage, dark skin, five toes, and bright blue earlobes. What makes them so special is their tendency to be gentle and docile. Silkies lay white to tan small eggs.
